Conversion of a storage room into new gallery space, and open it to an existing gallery, creating one large space. Finishes included new storm windows, lighting, paint and a baswaphon acoustical plaster ceiling. The project involved some infrastructure work in the attic above existing galleries, coring into the library below, and the removal of a wall.

Convert a storage room and seamlessly combine with an existing gallery, all without disturbing sensitive artworks and occupied areas directly adjacent

Meticulous planning and coordination with the MFA, especially around noise, vibration, and security

Project executed with zero interruptions over 16 weeks so the MFA could have the space open and online as planned
