Transformation of basement space in Building 10 into high-tech lab, office, and support space where energy conversion machines can be developed and tested by MIT students. HVAC system upgrades, fan coil units, and new exhaust were also part of the update to support the new experimental incubator space. Work completed beneath MIT’s iconic main dome and adjacent to occupied labs.
