Safety
Throughout everything we do.
Making sure that everyone comes home from work safely each day is a non-negotiable for us. This is why our safety culture is embedded in everything we do. For over three decades, we’ve maintained incident-free job sites and promoted a work-life balance so employees can manage the wellness of their own physical and mental health.
Our safety culture extends to our trade partners. We hold ourselves accountable for ensuring they, too, are properly trained and equipped to operate on site. We offer trainings, mentoring, and tool-box talks to integrate our partners with our program and ensure they understand what is expected. Safety is written into all of our trade partners’ contracts.
We are also stewards of the safety of those outside the construction zone: your employees, visitors, patients, and the general public. This begins with preconstruction. We define the limits of work, wayfinding, and accessibility to ensure zero disruptions and the protection of your community.
“Great job with a fantastic team of professionals. Can always count on the Wise team to deliver a top-notch project on time and on budget.”
Justin Ferbert, Director of Facilities & Engineering, Newton-Wellesley Hospital
