Transformation of the 14th floor to build-out laboratory and support spaces, including wet and dry labs, microscopy, liquid nitrogen manifolds, dewar storage, cryo freezers, and a cold room. Scanning and BIM coordination solved problems ahead of time enabling an extensive MEP conversion scope to occur seamlessly in the field.
