Design-build approach to convert office space into ISO7 cleanrooms, ISO8 cleanroom supply and return, infrastructure and utility space, and office areas. This required a new rooftop unit, 125kW generator, exhaust fan, multiple research fans, a boiler and gas booster, and steel support dunnage framing the roof. Mechanical shafts for air and vent services, Liquid Nitrogen distribution, Building Automation, Environmental Monitoring, and Process Integration Systems were also added.
