The Innovation and Design Bldg: BDC Repositioning 21-27 Lab Conversion
Building conversion to accommodate future lab occupants requiring extensive MEP infrastructure improvements and base building upgrades to lobbies and new interconnecting stairs, corridors, elevators, concourse, storefront, and roof area. Infrastructure included addition of pH neutralization, waste piping, five roof top units, five floor mounted AHUs, six exhaust fans, and 400 amp electrical service to support lab operations.
