Pappas Law Library and Auditorium

In order to bring the Law Library up to current code and accessibility, the Wise team completed this fast-track 12-week renovation project for BU. The work included new fire protection systems, ceiling finishes, handrails, and specific mechanical and electrical relocations. In the auditorium, Wise upgraded the mechanical system; installed a limited-use, limited-application elevator; replaced 400 auditorium seats; created three new accessible restrooms; and installed all new technology systems. Both the new auditorium seating and new elevator system required extensive structural work.
