Renovation of lab space and replacement of thirty-eight fume hoods on an extremely compressed, summer schedule. Renovation scope consisted of new lab benches, casework, epoxy flooring, and new finishes. MEP systems were upgraded and expanded, including new ductwork, plumbing, gas, and fire protection systems as well as upgraded electrical systems.
