BIM/VDC innovation was leveraged, including prefabrication, to expedite on-site construction to allow tenant to occupy the space early. Features include an interconnecting stair coalescing all three floors, chemistry lab, biology lab, and office/collaboration areas.

Fast-track schedule within occupied research facility

BIM coordination to prefabricate duct, plumbing, and pipe racks to expedite on-site installation

5% reduction in overall schedule despite COVID challenges allowing tenant to occupy space earlier than anticipated
