Renovation and conversion of the West Garage Parking area into enclosed storage space for important medical equipment. Work included massive MEP upgrades with architectural work requiring careful removal and replacement of finishes in adjoining spaces. The project scope encompassed new flooring, ceilings, partitions, electrical work, ductwork, a dedicated exhaust fan on the roof, while enclosing the existing garage openings.
