Wise’s years of experience have taught us that upfront planning of challenging activities is critical. On every project, the Wise group works with the project team to identify every risk to the budget and schedule early in the preconstruction phase.  We continue to re-evaluate the risk potential throughout the entire construction process. This risk assessment is drilled down through all aspects of the projects and constructability and not limited to the overall budget and schedule themes.
