Harvard University’s Science Center lecture halls, A and B, recently underwent renovations on a tight summer timeline to be ready for fall semester. Upgrades consisted of all new finishes, two advanced AV rooms with data infrastructure, a redesigned seating layout to meet ADA standards, all new electrical work , and updated HVAC system with a custom AHU.

Occupied building with a fast-track schedule of completion before the start of fall semester.

Careful coordination and meticulous preconstruction planning, including full design-assist and pull planning.

Two lecture halls that are active and host over 600 students daily, providing an improved environment designed to enhance their learning experience.
