The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences received an upgraded laboratory and study area on the 4th floor of the McKay Building. The existing space was renovated to meet the advanced research needs of incoming faculty members, alongside the addition of a new student meeting area. The renovation included installation of specialized laboratory equipment, all completed before the start of the fall semester.
Requirement for specialized polypropylene fume hoods for incoming tenants in a highly sensitive, occupied laboratory building.
Preconstruction planning and coordination for the reconfiguration of specialty gas piping systems.
An upgraded laboratory with MEP modifications and tailored specifications, completed without disrupting the active facility or surrounding students.
