Transforming 4,200 square feet within a nearly 200-year-old North End building, this renovation reimagined pediatric healthcare delivery while keeping the clinic fully operational throughout construction. The project created seven new exam rooms, a phlebotomy lab, reception and waiting areas, offices, and upgraded building systems. Our team balanced the complexities of a historic structure by implementing significant structural reinforcements, infrastructure improvements, and carefully coordinated logistics. We eagerly turned over a modern, patient-centered environment designed to support high-quality care for years to come.
Renovating an occupied, 200 year-old building in Boston’s bustling North End.
Leveraging off-hours construction, real-time problem solving, and weekly coordination meetings.
A pediatric environment fully upgraded and refreshed that enhances the patient and staff experience.
