The 4th floor of Dana-Farber’s Jimmy Fund building recieved a comprehensive renovation to transform outdated lab and office space into a cutting-edge research environment. All while reworking MEP systems and completing extensive infrastructure upgrades, we minimized disruption for the occupied research departments that worked around us.
Redesigning the existing MEP systems to optimize space within the buildings original footprint.
