The Frumkin and Plummer Labs within the Mechanical Engineering Building are now operating within a modern research and academic space supported by major infrastructure enhancements. The project included the fit-out of new faculty and shared laboratories, a graduate computer room, and extensive rooftop mechanical upgrades, including new air handling units, chillers, exhaust fans, and ductwork. Working within a highly active campus environment, our team leveraged advanced VDC coordination and detailed preconstruction planning to execute complex MEP improvements while maintaining ongoing building operations and supporting the university’s evolving research needs.
