The ground floor of the First Street Parking Garage has been transformed into a vibrant community hub now called the First Street Market. The space, vacant since 2008, underwent extensive renovations, including a full commercial kitchen, MEP upgrades, new bathrooms, and high-end finishes. Now featuring a lively café, an open marketplace, and a senior meeting center, this community-driven renovation is ready to welcome the public.
Demolition and clean-up of the existing space being a former abandoned restaurant located in a busy pedestrian area.
Extensive wayfinding and safety signage to inform the community of ongoing work.
A vibrant and transformational gathering space, completed harmoniously with the surrounding community.
