We transformed two floors of HGA’s Boston office into a modern, connected workspace designed for creativity and performance. Our team introduced a new interconnecting staircase, completed structural upgrades, and modernized MEP and fire alarm systems. The result is a seamless, high-functioning environment tailored to support the dynamic, collaborative needs of architects to enhance both workflow and innovation.

Creating an opening connection between two floors, including structural modifications and installation of the new internal staircase.

Early collaboration, off-site segmented fabrication, and precise crane pick coordination to execute the complex installation.

Seamless installation of a three-piece steel stair, connecting both floors and creating a cohesive office environment.
