Senior Superintendent, Andrew Dell’Olio: Andrew has been integral to building this organization since 1995. Yes, you read that right, 28 years! His energy and spirit motivate high-performing and successful teams in the field, getting the job done, always with an amazing sense of humor.
Preconstruction Superintendent, Billy Vacca: To round out our Preconstruction Planning Services team, Billy will be moving into the Preconstruction Superintendent role and working closely on scheduling and logistics planning to ensure each of our projects is set-up appropriately before the first hammer swings.
General Superintendent, Chris Luongo: With over 40 years of experience, and 15 years at Wise, there is not much Chris hasn’t tackled in his building career. Chris creates a strong team environment on his jobsites with trade partners contributing to successful and quality project delivery.
General Superintendent, Louie DiFabio: Louie has been a constant on healthcare campuses since joining Wise 22 years ago, leading well-orchestrated field and trade partner teams to tackle sensitive, occupied renovations.
General Superintendent, Nick Cuzzupe: Nick has been with Wise for nine years and has been focused on sensitive construction projects in occupied spaces for top industry clients. Nick has also been a safety champion, taking the helm in developing and implementing protocols during COVID to help define new working standards during an unprecedented time.
Senior Superintendent, Pat Brower: Pat has been a mainstay in the healthcare scene since 2006, managing multiple projects across multiple floors simultaneously and effortlessly. A creative problem-solver, Pat takes his client’s mission to heart and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are exceeded.
General Superintendent, Tim Finn: Approaching his 20th year with Wise, Tim’s leadership on the jobsite has resulted in strong project completions for clients across our science & technology sector.
